The quota allocated to Ireland for fishing for greater silver smelt in Union waters of III and IV is deemed to be exhausted as from 25 June 2014. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that species in those zones to all fishing vessels flying the flag of or registered in Ireland.
