Regulation on the mandatory content, elements and ways of equipping mining projects.

This Regulation prescribe the mandatory contents and technical elements aimed to regulate the mining projects for mining works (also defined by the articles 9 and 13 of the Mining Law). For mining facilities engaged in mining works and technical constructions the following steps are necessary: major mining project; additional issues and additional mining project; simplified mining project.
