This Decree, consisting of 4 Chapters divided into 12 articles, regulates the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) within the State of Acre. It provides for the above mentioned Registry (CAR), established under the State Environmental Information System of the State of Acre (SEIAM), regulated by art. 38 of the State Law No. 1.904. It also specifies the bodies and authorities, responsible for the implementation, planning, coordination, management, operation and regulation of CAR in the State of Acre. The System for Rural Environmental Registry (SICAR-AC) aims at register and control information on the rational use of: rural estates including remaining native vegetation areas, the Permanent Preservation Areas, the Restricted Use Areas, consolidated areas and Legal Reserves within the state territory.
