This Law provides all basic and specific standards and requirements aimed to establish the system of fire protection and prevention on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, including rights and obligations of companies and other legal entities and bodies, rule of state administration authorities and other bodies, local governments and their duties, entrepreneurs and other individuals as subjects of fire protection measures, specific technical fire protection measures, planning and organization of the mandatory fire protection, fire service organizations, supervision of the implementation of fire protection measures and funding and other financial aspect all regarding the fire protection. The Law is divide into X Chapters and 92 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
