This Law amends various provisions part of the Forest Law (Official Gazette 140/2005, 82/2006, 129/2008, 80/2010, 124/2010 and 25/2012). Major changes are related to the to the general forestry provisions, practices and monitoring standards; concessions and penalties; administrative requirements; state owned land provisions; management and forest conservation provisions; and various other issues regarding the forest sector on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
