This Regulation officially proclaims the Croatian national Strategy and Action Plan for the Conservation of Biological and Landscape Diversity, made under the terms governing the Nature protection sector and related Law and Regulations. Strategy and Action Plan for the Conservation of Biological and Landscape Diversity of the Croatian Republic is a basic document related to the Nature protection sector, which determines the mid and long-term objectives and guidelines for the conservation of biological and landscape diversity and protected natural values, also including the methods for its implementation, in line with overall economic, social and cultural development of the Croatian Republic. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
