Regulation on the content and format of the application form activities of import, production and distribution of materials and articles intended to come into direct contact with food.

The Regulation provides the content and format of the official application form and report requirements necessary for obtaining the authorization for activities such as importation, production and distribution of materials and articles intended to come into direct contact with food on the territory of the Croatian Republic. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
