This Resolution establishes an annual reproductive closed season for the following fish species: Semaprochilodus spp. (jaraquis), Pseudoplatystoma tigrinum (caparari), and fasciatum Pseudoplatystoma (catfish). It establishes that during the closed season, from 15 November to 15 March, fishing, landing, storing, transporting and marketing any of the above mentioned fish species is strictly prohibited.
