This Resolution, consisting of 4 articles, establishes the procedures for regulating the use of underground water resources. It specifies procedures to obtain Tubular Pit Registration Certificate, under the IMASUL, whose wells are located in rural areas or those activities of social or public interest (public supply) are temporarily settled, from the publication of this Resolution through effective registration in the State Register of Water Resource Users (CEURH/MS), available in IMASUL page and thereafter shall require the granting of water rights to use as decided by Decree No. 13.990.
