This Law amends various articles part of the Environmental Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro 51/2008). Major changes are related to the general issues, terms and denominations; various environmental protection requirements, standards and rules; data collection and official reports and inspections; administrative provisions; concrete technical aspect for some sectors (animals, wildlife, plants and other); authorizations, compensations and various permits; and offences and penalties.
