This Order, consisting of 3 articles, creates the Management Programme for Solid Waste and Contaminated Areas under the State Environmental Protection Foundation. The Programme has the following objectives: to establish procedures for environmental licensing for storage of solid waste, solid waste processing units within the State, use of Waste Transport Registry (MTR), programmes for collecting residues. It also establishes guidelines for solid waste management, defines and implements how to highlight and deal with contaminated areas (identified and licensed within the State).
