Measures for supervision and administration of entry-exit inspection, quarantine and supervision of non-edible animal products.

The Measures aim to regulate non-edible animal products inspection and quarantine and supervision and administration thereof, prevent the spread of animal infectious diseases, parasitic diseases and other harmful organisms, and protect agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery production and human health. The Text, consisting of 87 articles divided into 7 Chapters, provides for requirements for risk management(Chap.II), ruels and procedures of exit and entry inspection and quarantine(Chap.III) and transit inspection and quarantine(Chap.IV). Chap.V concerns the supervision and administration measures. The Measures provide further for offences and penalties.
