This Federal Law regulates relations originating in the process of setting up, operation and updating of state information system related to housing services and utilities, including data collection, reporting, access to information, and dissemination thereof. The scope of this Federal Law shall be to provide citizens, state bodies, local government and organizations with the information related to housing services and utilities. The following information shall be inserted in the system: (a) suppliers of resources and services to condominiums and residential housing facilities; (b) authorized state bodies registering housing facilities; (c) information on heat supply, water supply, gas and electric energy supply; (d) energy saving and energy improvement arrangements; and (e) classification by energy consumption.
