This Regulation provides for the Official State Instruction document to be implemented as concrete procedure and practice in various types of mandatory environmental protection duties in many sectors. This Regulation is elaborated by the Serbian Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning. The issues treated by this Regulation are the following: general environmental protection measures; storage of flammable liquids and gases; chemical industry; food Industry; installations for the production, treatment and processing of products from raw materials of animal origin (other than milk); raw materials of plant origin; installations for the processing, packaging and preserving of meat, vegetables and fruit; installations for the production of food for animals other than feed mixers; agriculture related activities; farm livestock; farms for pigs and cattle; installations for the processing, treatment and processing of milk; installations for the processing, treatment and processing of underground waters; filling and packaging facilities; plants for the production of beer; plants for the production of malt and yeast; plants for the production of confectionery or syrup; plants for the production of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks; installations for the slaughter of animals and fish/fish processing; installations for the production of fishmeal and fish oil; installations for the production and processing of starch; installations for the production or refining of sugar; mills and kilns; refrigerators (no facility for processing of raw materials); production of molasses.
