Regulation on the amount, method of calculation, payment and disposal with fees for the formation of mandatory reserves of oil and oil products.

This Regulation officially defines the amount, the method of calculation and method of payment, as well as the administrative rules governing the disposal of funds deriving from the compensation for the formation/establishment of mandatory reserves of oil and oil derivatives on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
