The purpose of these Measures is to regulate and strengthen the management of the management of central treasury funds for modern agricultural production development. The Measures consist of 26 articles. The Measures provide for the requirements and rules to be satisfied regarding the allocation, use, management and supervision of the funds. The funds shall be specially used for promoting the agricultural modernization construction. Finance and agriculture departments of the governments at all levels shall strengthen the guidance, supervision and inspection on the funds, and enhance the performance management and evaluation.
