Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) (Declaration of Protected Areas) (High Cay & Surrounding Waters) Order (S.I. No. 106 of 2012).

This Order, made under section 13 of the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Act, 1977, declares the High Cay its surrounding waters as described in the Schedule to this Order to be a protected area and prohibits fishing in the protected area in a specified period.
