The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on maritime navigation (BGBl. No. 189/1981). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 202 dealing with recordings in logbook. Furthermore, the text amends article 204 on Qualification of examiners; and article 204a on Additional rights of examiners is added.
