Regulation on the instructions laying down general and specific hygiene requirements and the organization of official controls on products and facilities that are approved for export of milk and milk products on the EU market.

This Regulation defines various general and other specific requirements in terms of hygiene and organization of official controls in the process of verifying whether the animal health conditions in certain facilities are approved and/or in accordance with the European Union standards and minimum market requirements (milk and milk products for the export in EU member states). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
