This Decree, consisting of 3 articles, establishes the Pernambucan Programme for Micro and Minigeneration Solar Energy - PE Solar. This Programme has the following objectives: encouraging self-production of electricity by the Pernambucan companies through micro and mini solar generation PV systems; developing market suppliers of equipment and services for the photovoltaic solar energy industry; promoting training and development of human resources to work in all stages of the photovoltaic solar energy production chain; stimulating the creation of local companies providing the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems services; expanding technical and environmental sustainability of electricity supply in the State.
