This Order sets regulations concerning the authorization of veterinary nurses and licensed veterinary nurses treating pets and horses (not for human consumption). A qualified veterinary nurse may offer therapies listed in the enclosed appendices, only following veterinarian authorization as well as authorities mentioned in Appendix 1, and in absence of veterinarian supervision. The Order consists of 7 Chapters and 3 Appendices: Scope and definitions (1); Conditions for authorization (2); Licensed veterinary nurses work (3); Revocation (4); Recognition of professional qualifications (5); Penalties (6); Entry into force and transitional provisions (7). Appendix 1 - Treatments which may be carried out by qualified veterinary nurses on pets and horses (not for human consumption) in adherence to article 7, section 1. Appendix 2 - Treatment which may be carried out by qualified veterinary nurses on pets and horses (not for human consumption) in adherence to article 7, section 2 of this Order. Appendix 3 - Treatments which may be carried out by qualified veterinary nurses in pets and horses (not for human consumption) in adherence to article 7, section 3.
