Provisions on the Main Functions, Internal Bodies and Staffing of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety.

These Provisions provide for the estalishment of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety. The Provisions consist of 6 Sections: Adjustments of Functions (I); Main Functions (II); Internal Bodies (III); Staffing (IV); Other Issues (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI). The main functions of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety include: participating in drafting laws and regulations on the coal mine safety production; formulating the relevant policies, safety norms and standards of coal industry; proposing coal mine safety production planning; supervising, inspecting and guiding the local government on coal mine safety supervision and management work; etc.
