Regulations on administration of marine observation and forecast.

These Regulations aim to strengthen the management of marine observation and forecast, regulate the activities of marine observation and forecast, prevent and mitigate marine disasters. The Regulations consists of 6 chapters divided into 40 Articles: General provisions (I); Planning, construction and protection of marine observation network (II); Exchange and use of marine observation materials and data(III); Marine forecast(IV); Legal Responsibilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
