Regulation on special conditions concerning the facilities, technical equipment, and procedures and the conditions of the relevant activities that should be met by oleo-chemical facilities and facilities for the production of biogas and compost.

This Regulation defines various special issues concerning the correct conditions for the operation and related activities to be implemented and observed, on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, by facilities such as oleo-chemical facilities and plants for the production of biogas and compost (also in term of technical equipment, procedures and other).
