The Decision establishes the requirements for obtaining a fishing licence under the cantonal fisheries regulation. It recognises the Certificate of Competence (SaNa) issued by the angler training network as the official cantonal qualification required for obtaining fishing permits. Articles 2 till 10 are deleted.
