Regional Law No. 161-13-OZ “On implementation by regional state bodies of plenary powers in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources”.

Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The issuance of hunting permits shall be performed by the authorized regional executive body in the sphere of hunting within time period established by the federal executive body”.
