Paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation states that food businesses belonging to a category and scale designated by the central competent authority in a public announcement shall meet the regulations on food safety control system. This Announcement is enacted accordingly. The regulations on the “Food Safety Control System (HACCP)” shall be applied to diary food processing sector (art.1) and implementation dates are provided for in the Announcement.
