Executive Decree No. 314/16 approving the model forms for the exercise of Recreational and Sport Fishing.

This Executive Decree, consisting of 5 articles and several tables, approves the model forms for the exercise of Recreational and Sport Fishing. It lays down the model forms in order to ensure the sustainable use of fisheries resources and to provide that legal and natural persons pursuing or intending to pursue the above mentioned activities must apply for a fishing authorization to the Fisheries Ministry, in compliance with the standards in force in the Angolan legal system.
