This Decree aims at adaptation of agricultural management to the demands of modern era as well as improvement of the structure and functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture. This Decree sets provisions on bringing innovation to agricultural sector such as: setting up “e-agriculture” information system, establishing agricultural technology parks, improving agrarian science center and its subordinated scientific research institutes, licensing, drafting a law on agricultural cooperation and providing insurance.
