This Resolution approves the Contract Model Form for the Concession of Petroleum Research and Production. This Contract, consisting of 21 articles and one Annex, defines contractual rights and duration, work obligations during the research period, conduction of petroleum operations and other applicable rules, including (in Annex) the Description of the Area for the Concession Contract, the Map of the Area, the Accounting and Financial Procedures, the Banking Guarantee Model, the Guarantee of the Main Company and the Joint Operations Agreement.
