Decree No. 41 of the State Development and Reform Commission regarding the Decision to Repeal the Measures for the Administration on Liscenses for Tobacco Monopoly and the Provisions on the Administration of Obtaining the Letter of Approval for Mining of Gold Minerals.

According to the Tobacco Monopoly Law revised in 2015 and its implementation regulations, it is hereby decided to repeal the Measures for the Administration of Tobacco Monopoly License (Decree No. 51 of the National Development and Reform Commission). In addition, it is also decided to repeal the Provisions on the Administration of Obtaining the Letter of Approval for Mining of Gold Minerals(Decree No. 6 of the National Development and Reform Commission).
