Regulation on the content and form required for testing of unregistered plant protection products and the active substances or basic substances not listed in the List of approved substances for research and development purposes.

This Regulation hereby prescribes the necessary content and administrative forms of the request for examination of non-registered plant protection products (also active substance or basic substance) that is not listed in the List of approved substances for research and development purposes (into the environment). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
