This Regional Decree regulates organization and performance of state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. State supervision shall be intended the activity of the Regional Executive Body aimed at ensuring reproduction of pedigree stock, conservation of genetic fund of small number and endangered agricultural livestock species, and also compliance with legislative provisions, rules and regulations in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. State supervision shall be performed by means of: (a) prevention, identification and suppression of violations by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of legislative requirements in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding; and (b) inspection and checking.
