This Regional Decree regulates organization and performance of state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. State supervision shall be intended the activity aimed at compliance with the national legislation in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding by legal persons, individual entrepreneurs, peasant farms and smallholders, and in relation to selection and use of pedigree materials and biotechnology. The competent authority for performance of state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding shall be the Regional Ministry of Agriculture. State supervision shall be performed by means of inspection and checking. In case of identification of offence, the official shall draft a report and issue improvement notice.
