This Regional Decree establishes the criteria of selection of agricultural producers entitled to allocation of ssubsidies, setting forth scope, terms and conditions for allocation of subsidies, and also the modalities of reimbursement of subsidies in case of non-specific use of subsidies and non-compliance with terms and conditions fixed for allocation thereof. State subsidies for pedigree stockbreeding shall be allocated for the following specific purposes: (a) partial reimbursement of expenditure for keeping of pedigree breeding flock; and (b) partial reimbursement of expenditure for artificial insemination of livestock.
