This Regulation hereby defines the rules and conditions to be observed (such as technical, technological, equipment and human resource/education requirements) by all legal entities dealing inside their facilities with the production of cocoa, chocolate products, products that are like chocolate, cream products and other related confectionery containing and/or deriving from cocoa as substance (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
