This Regulation hereby defines the rules and conditions to be observed (such as technical, technological, equipment and human resource/education requirements) by all legal entities dealing, inside their facilities, with the production and/or processing of fruits and vegetables (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
