Regulation No. 963 dated 2.10.2009 supplementing Regulation No. 486 date 25.7.2007 2007 suspending the processing operations of the ships that transport oil, gas, and their by-products at the ports of Durres and Shengjini.

This Regulation supplements article 1 of Regulation 486 of 2007 by adding another timeline of 30 December 2009 for the suspension of the processing activities of the ships that transport liquid bituminous, mazut, solar, lubricant oils, diesel and fuel for aircrafts.
