These Regulations are formulated in accordance with Article 42 of the Waste Disposal Act. In order to be engaged in waste clearance or disposal, an entity needs to obtain the public or private waste clearance and disposal organization permission issued by the special municipality, county or city competent authority or organization commissioned by the central competent authority. The Regulations provide for conditions, self-owned facilities, classification, hiring of professional technical personnel, permission, permission deadlines, cancellation of permission, suspension of work, suspension of business, termination of business, resumption of business and other binding matters for public or private waste clearance and disposal entities.
