These Standards are determined pursuant to Article 20, Paragraph 2, Article 22, Paragraphs 2 and 3, and Article 23, Paragraph 2 of the Air Pollution Control Act. The Standards, consisting of 12 Articles, provides for the requirements to be satisfied by stack emissions from industrial waste incinerators, as well as from general waste incinerators with a designed handling capacity of less than 10 tons/hour. The controlled pollutants in these Standards are dioxins.
