These Regulations, consisting of 25 articles, are formulated according to the provisions of Article 18, Paragraph 2 of the Waste Disposal Act. An auditing and certification group shall perform auditing and certification in accordance with the certification handbook for all kinds of regulated recyclable waste. A management committee shall be established by the central competent authority to determine the certification handbooks. An auditing and certification group shall implement the tasks which include: auditing the operating procedures of recycling, storage, clearance and processing; auditing the quantities of recovered materials and derivative waste derived from regulated recyclable waste; calculating the regulated recyclable waste audited and certifying volume; etc.
