CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (Allocation of Allowances for Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (S.I. No. 211 of 2017).

These Regulations amend the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (Allocation of Allowances for Payment) Regulations 2013 in respect of the manner of payment of and the price of allowances for used in an emissions trading scheme established under the Climate Change Act 2008.
