These Regulations, consisting of 17 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Environmental Education Act. The contents of the environmental education plan as defined in Paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Environmental Education Act shall include:: 1. the objectives; 2.the expected benefits. 3. the duration and methods; etc. Article 2-3 provide for the responsibilities of competent authorities at central and local levels for the environmental education.
