Regulation amending the Regulation on the certification and promotion of renewable energy sources.
This Regulation adds the definition of “biomass” to Article 3. This Regulation amends Paragraph 2 of Article 6 regarding objection to application procedure by licensees and Article 26 regarding hybrid renewable energy system.
