The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock shall carry out control over the substances that are listed in Annexes and subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control and temporary admission. This Notification aims at protection of human health, animal health and plant health. The import certificate shall only be issued in case of obtaining control certificate from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. The vaccine, serum and biological materials used in animal diseases in Annex-I, live animals and meats in Annex II-A, animal products (subject to control certificate) in Annex II-B, animal products (not subject to control certificate) in Annex II-C, reproduction materials such as seed, seedling, sapling and flower bulbs and cut flowers in Annex-III, materials used for manufacture of animal feed in Annex-IV, pharmaceutical ingredients and auxiliary substances used in preparation of veterinary medicine in Annex V-A, drugs and technical materials for plant protection, raw materials used in the manufacture of technical materials, attractants, attractants involving hydrolyzed proteins in Annex V-B, food ingredients and other agricultural and aquatic products (subject to control certificate) in Annex VI-A, food ingredients and other agricultural and aquatic products (not subject to control certificate) in Annex VI-B are attached to this Notification.
