This Regulation, consisting of 9 Chapters, establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform any activities (including prohibitions) within the Balochistan forestry sector. The Regulation is divided as follows: Preliminary (Chap. I); State Forests (Chap. II); Protection of Certain Trees (Chap. III); Forest-Produce in Transit (Chap. IV); Cattle-Trespass (Chap. V); Penalties and Procedure (Chap. VI); Forest-Officers (Chap. VII); Miscellaneous (Chap. VIII); Amendment of the Pakistani Balochistan Laws and Civil Justice Regulations, 1890 (Chap. IX).
