This Decree consisting of 7 articles aims at imposing measures on transporting and circulating the industrial hazardous wastes and materials. The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Small and Medium Projects establishes that transporting and circulating outside the installations these hazardous materials needs an authorization issued by the Industrial Control. The authorization is valid for a five-year period, possible to be renewed. The Industrial Control has the possibility of: issuing temporary permits for shorter periods, block permits or suspend both transportation and circulation of the hazardous materials for the reasons explained in art.5. The Industrial Control is required to register the permits issued, which have to be numbered with a sequential code.
