Legislative Decree from 27 January 2017, no. 39 on regulating rules for the adoption of the Statute of the Council for agriculture research and analysis of the agricultural economy.

This Decree hereby officially adopts and stipulates the Statute of the Italian Council for research in agriculture and analysis of the agrarian economy (see Annex for complete text). The principal aim of this Decree is to set a solid research and experimentation national public body for general scientific expertise in the agricultural, agri-food industry, agro-industrial, fisheries, forestry, human nutrition and rural development and agrarian economics.
