Decree no. 264 from 13 October 2016, Regulation providing indicative criteria to facilitate the demonstration of the existence of requirements for the qualification of production residues as by-products and not as waste.

This Decree, in order to incentive and facilitate the use of substances and objects deriving from production processes as by-products, sets the official criteria for the classification of such deriving products as by-products instead of waste (authorized residual production). The terms and limits here stipulated are in accordance/integration with many other national and European Council Directives, as listed in the text. The Annex is an integral part of this publication.
