This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions for obtaining, maintaining, suspending and subtracting the health status (animal health certification subject to periodic inspections and verification over the obtained status) of cattle and pigs as regards the animal diseases such as tuberculosis, brucellosis and enzootic leucosis (rules aimed to be observed by all collection centers, traders and carriers of cattle and pigs, operating on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, with an exception for wild boars/pigs that are not affected by the provisions here stipulated). This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Council Directive 64/432/EEC of 26 June 1964 on animal health problems affecting intra-Community trade in bovine animals and swine.
